CLOUDS

On the other side of clouds
Lies a world of wonder
Where imaginations soar
Free from worries under

Where the sun casts its brilliant warmth
Never marred or obscure
And the skies stretch out before you
In a beautiful carpet of azure

Where stars shine so much brighter
Against a midnight velvet sky
And the moon smiles upon you
With its kind watchful eye

On the other side of clouds
You can literally walk on air
Hearts, minds, dreams and time
All take flight up there

On the other side of clouds
Skies are never gray
Cushy, white pillows of softness
Take all your cares away

Life is put into perspective
You see how small we really are
That there is a much bigger picture
And it's hanging on a star

On the other side of clouds
Is where I want to be
To appreciate how rare and special
This precious life can be

So please take me away
And free me of these doubts
Just fly me on up to
The other side of clouds
